That means our employees or former employees can’t be directly contracted or employed by you or your affiliates for any kind of services. But hey, we totally get it if you’ve fallen in love with our team’s cleaning skills and want to bring them on board independently. In that case, just shoot us a written request and let us know your intentions.

If your request gets the green light from Equinox Cleaning, LLC (woohoo!), there will be a referral fee of $4,500 to get things rolling. Once that’s taken care of, our employee can start working independently for you. It’s all about making sure everyone’s happy and things are done the right way!

Now, we’ve gotta mention this because it’s important: If there’s a breach of this agreement, things might get a bit legal. Litigation may come into play to recover any damages suffered by Equinox Cleaning, LLC. And guess what? The client (that’s you!) will be responsible for all the legal costs and expenses, including our attorney fees. Let’s keep things smooth sailing, shall we?

By the way, we need to make sure you’re on the same page as us. So, we kindly ask that you read the above agreement carefully and acknowledge that you won’t go behind our backs and solicit our amazing employees or former employees.
